Additionally, they identify and resolve potential issues arising during project execution, and manage their assigned team. * Assist in developing the project plan, defining scope, timelines, required resources, and target goals. * Monitor activity execution to ensure alignment with the established plan. * Conduct progress review meetings with the team, identifying potential deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, keeping\-them informed about project progress. * Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the project, proposing solutions and contingency plans. * Prepare project status and performance reports, presenting results and metrics to the team and managers. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to enhance project management skills. * Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and practices within the organization. * Collaborate as part of a team, working with other members to achieve project objectives. * Manage people.
