Job Summary: Plan and manage bed occupancy, accommodate patients, and facilitate interdepartmental communication to optimize admissions and transfers. Key Highlights: 1. Work planning and bed management 2. Coordination of admissions and patient transfers 3. Proactive interaction with various hospital departments Plan the next day’s elective procedures. Check available beds in the system at the beginning of the shift; Verify overall occupancy rate, ICU occupancy, surgical schedule, and emergency department occupancy; Accommodate patients according to pathology type/risk/gender to identify compatible available beds. Maintain effective interdepartmental communication, prioritizing internal and external admissions and transfers, Emergency Department (PA), ICU, and Psychiatry; assess potential patient transfers to free up beds as soon as possible. Conduct shift handover with the next team, clearly documenting pending items. Verify bed availability, cleanliness, and maintenance jointly with the hospitality department, aiming to reduce admission time and location errors. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM Friday: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **Minimum Education Requirement:** Technical Course
