Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Schedule production orders to fulfill customer orders and maximize operational resource utilization. Operate planning software (MRP), generating procurement requirements for raw materials and packaging materials. Perform production control, identifying and resolving root causes of deviations between planned and actual output. Interact daily with Customer Service, Production, Process Engineering, Materials Planning, Procurement, and Cost Accounting to develop solutions that improve adherence to the production plan. Ensure Production receives all required information to execute the production plan. Submit material schedules to suppliers and conduct daily follow-up to guarantee manufacturing timelines and inventory replenishment. Develop KPIs to monitor production plan execution and raw material consumption against planned targets. Participate in weekly integrated planning meetings, reporting deviations and action plans to ensure plan execution. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration. * Advanced English proficiency. * Technical knowledge: SAP (MM, PP, MRP), Advanced Excel, Mathematics and Statistics, Production Planning and Control, S\&OP/IBP, Process Mapping, Inventory Management.
