Ethics and integrity are part of all business relationships, along with humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Project Engineer – Port and Waterway Maintenance **General Description:** Professional responsible for technical and strategic development within the **port and waterway maintenance area**, directly supporting maintenance management with a focus on **operational efficiency, asset reliability, and process innovation**. This role plays a key part in integrating engineering, maintenance, and strategic planning, promoting continuous and sustainable improvements in port and waterway operations. * **Main Qualifications and Responsibilities:** * Support **port and waterway maintenance management**, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance of critical assets; * Participate in the **planning, execution, and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance**, using **SAP PM** and **PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control)** methodologies; * Develop and monitor **strategic engineering projects** aimed at process optimization and reduction of operational costs; * Participate in **CAPEX studies**, including technical and financial analysis of investments, project feasibility, and execution monitoring; * Conduct asset performance analyses and propose innovative solutions based on maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, availability, maintenance cost, among others); * Collaborate in the **standardization of processes, development of technical procedures, and maintenance KPI management**; * Work closely with **Operations, Engineering, and Safety teams**, ensuring best practices are implemented and compliance with corporate policies and standards; * Contribute to the **development of solutions applicable to operations in Brazil and abroad**, sharing technical knowledge and best practices; * Support the implementation of **digital technologies and tools** focused on intelligent maintenance and operational transformation. **Additional Information - Requirements:** * Advanced English proficiency is mandatory (for interaction with global teams). * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, Industrial Engineering or related fields**; * Experience in **industrial, port, or waterway maintenance**; * Advanced knowledge of **SAP PM** and **PCM methodologies**; * Experience in **engineering project management** and **CAPEX analysis**; * Strong analytical skills and systemic vision for strategic decision-making; **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
