Promote pharmaceutical products, promotions, and company services. Conduct sales or scheduling as required. Record customer information and orders in the system. Clarify product-related inquiries and provide usage instructions (within permitted scope). Forward specific requests to technical or pharmaceutical departments. Meet customer service and sales targets. Adhere to quality standards, ethics, and information confidentiality requirements. Previous experience as a Telemarketing Customer Service Representative, Telephone Sales Consultant, Customer Service Agent, or Sales Representative may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. High school diploma required.
