### **Job Responsibilities:**
* Serve customers at the pharmacy counter, reading and interpreting medical, dental, and veterinary prescriptions
* Administer injectables and related products exclusively via intramuscular route
* Measure customer blood pressure upon request
* Sell products including OTC drugs (Medicamentos Isentos de Prescrição), prescription-only and non-prescription medications, assisting and advising customers in product selection
* Support the supervisor during store opening or closing procedures
* Perform cleaning and organization of sections following the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out)
* Operate the cash register: scan selected items, announce the total amount, and verify payment method
* Package products for customer handover, adhering to Nissei Standard Service protocols
* Verify and store merchandise, applying the FIFO principle
* Attend on-site training sessions delivered by the Multiplying Analyst
* Maintain equipment, resources, and materials under one’s responsibility, uphold workplace standards, and comply with internal regulations, procedures, corporate policies, and guidelines
* Observe occupational safety standards inherent to the role
* Conduct sales and omnichannel service follow-up (e-commerce, telesales, mail order)

* Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education
* Experience in pharmaceutical sales
* Strong communication skills

* Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends
