Currently, we operate over 800 stores across Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina, and continue expanding! If you are communicative, proactive, and enjoy interacting with people, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve customers at the counter, via phone, WhatsApp, and other technologies, providing welcoming and high-quality service; * Conduct equipment rentals, assisting customers in identifying the best solution for their needs; * Update the sales system; * Prepare commercial proposals and contracts; * Perform after-sales support and customer prospecting; * Register new customers; * Organize the department; * Verify equipment delivery and return; * Inform customers about machine usage; * Deliver the equipment operation manual and user safety guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in progress are preferred); * Availability to work during standard business hours; * Prior experience in sales; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Ability to interact easily with people; * Enthusiasm for goal- and challenge-driven work; * Proficiency in using computers and systems. **Additional Information** * Bonus for achieving targets; * Meal/food allowance (VR card); * Total Pass (fitness center benefits program); * Psychological support assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; * Transportation allowance (optional); * Life insurance.
