Responsibilities: Sorting, preparation, packaging, and shipping of e-commerce orders; Monitoring and tracking shipments with courier companies; Invoicing orders in the system (ERP experience preferred); Requesting stock replenishment when necessary; Customer service (Customer Support Center); Correcting, updating, and entering information into sales channels; Daily cash closing for online sales. Requirements: Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Prior experience in the e-commerce sector; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Organizational skills and sense of responsibility. Skills: Attention to detail; Proactivity; Good interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a team. **Work Model:** CLT Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
