




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields; * Prior experience with predictive inspection in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of thermography, vibration analysis, ultrasonic testing, or other related predictive maintenance techniques; * Experience with SAP/PM (or other computerized maintenance management systems); * Ability to analyze and diagnose failures in rotating and static equipment; * Basic skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Availability to work on a 5x1 schedule and in shifts (morning, afternoon, or night); * Residence in one of the following cities: Barra Bonita (SP), Igaraçu do Tietê (SP), Mineiros do Tietê (SP), Dois Córregos (SP), Jaú (SP), São Manuel (SP), Lencois Paulista (SP), or Macatuba (SP). YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform and record predictive inspection routes, including thermographic inspections of electrical panels and inspections of conveyor belts; * Conduct sensory inspections to identify potential failures, as specified in Maintenance Orders (MOs); * Create Technical Notes (P1\) in the computerized maintenance management system, planning downtime, labor, materials, and defect criticality; * Review the service portfolio to prevent duplication of MOs in the maintenance system; * Review inspection plans, perform analyses and diagnostics of potential failures based on collected data, describe and prescribe recommended actions, and create maintenance notes in SAP/PM; * Execute hibernation of rotating equipment at the industrial plant during off-season periods until startup; * Supervise third-party inspection teams, being responsible for handling and recording all identified deviations and issuing technical reports; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout all inspection activities. 251216020220257007
