It manages industrial waste generated from the products you consume, ensuring the safest possible disposal—whether in sanitary landfills or by converting waste into raw materials and energy for producing new goods. **Description:** Lead and supervise operational activities and teams under your responsibility, ensuring service execution with safety, quality, and productivity; Plan and control team routines, allocating resources, labor, machinery, and equipment; Monitor operational productivity by tracking working hours, materials, equipment, and performance indicators; Ensure compliance with projects, procedures, and applicable environmental requirements for operations; Perform people management, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, feedback, development, attendance tracking, conflict resolution, and offboarding; Control the flow, usage, and support of machinery, equipment, and supplies; Prepare operational reports, third-party measurements, and activity records; Respond to operational requests and participate in training sessions and initiatives related to the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Prerequisites** * Completed undergraduate degree * Driver's license category D/E * Flexible availability regarding work hours * Relevant experience in the role Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance * Totalpass Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: R$4,000.00 - R$4,200.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Expected salary?
