Perform maintenance services on forklifts, including lubricating engines and associated components, transmission systems, brakes, steering, suspension, and auxiliary equipment to ensure their proper operational condition; 2. Supervise teams of mechanics and mechanic assistants; 3. Assess and prepare technical reports regarding required repairs for equipment; 4. Carry out work in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards; 5. Maintain a clean workplace to meet hygiene standards; 6. Always wear the company-provided uniform while on duty, keeping it clean and in good condition; 7. Actively participate in quality improvement programs for services and products, environmental management initiatives, and promote the concept of continuous improvement; REQUIREMENTS **Education:** Completed High School Proficiency in general mechanics, electronics, electricity, electromechanics, and forklift maintenance; **Preferred Qualifications:** Completed Technical Education; Desirable expertise in mechanics, diesel maintenance, and forklift maintenance; **Field of Study:** Mechanics, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
