As a Maintenance Planner, you will be a key contributor to the success of our team, playing a critical role where your skills and dedication will make a difference in achieving exceptional results. **Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with established timelines. * Request and allocate materials to execution teams. * Monitor and validate proper completion of work orders. * Define resources, deadlines, and priorities for executing activities across different shifts. * Schedule and negotiate equipment shutdowns with operational departments. * Update and monitor preventive maintenance schedules. * Monitor KPIs and schedule adherence (planned vs. actual). * Prepare reports and presentations of results for client meetings. **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in related fields. * Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling (PCM experience is a plus). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience preparing reports and PowerPoint presentations. * Organized, analytical profile with strong planning and communication skills.
