Job Summary: Work as a General Assistant at Splice Indústria, performing general maintenance on highways, public roads, and green areas, as well as installing and maintaining infrastructure and providing operational support. Infrastructure Installation and Maintenance As a **General Assistant** at *Splice Indústria*, you will work in the **Horizontal Signage** area of *Via Rondon* and be responsible for performing general maintenance on highways. Responsibilities and Duties **Road Maintenance and Conservation** * Perform general maintenance on public roads. * Fill potholes and restore embankments. * Repair civil engineering structures (bridges, overpasses, and related structures). * Maintain stormwater drains and culverts. * Clean permanent roadways and operational areas. * Compact soil and clean areas after service completion. **Green Area Management** * Perform maintenance and conservation of green areas adjacent to roads. **Infrastructure Installation and Maintenance** * Install infrastructure for traffic monitoring and control equipment. * Install and remove supporting structures, poles, and gantries. * Fully assemble and disassemble infrastructure for traffic monitoring and control equipment. **Operational Support** * Load and unload materials and tools. * Perform road signage and lane closure/blocking. **Equipment Maintenance** * Perform first-level maintenance on machinery and tools. * Clean machinery and equipment. * Inspect physical conditions of equipment at time of installation. **Compliance and Safety** * Monitor conservation activities. * Comply with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
