




The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic partner to both the CEO and CTO, providing high\-level administrative, operational, and communications support. This role requires exceptional relationship management, emotional intelligence, impeccable English proficiency, and the ability to operate with excellence in a fast\-paced, high\-growth, and rapidly evolving environment. The EA will ensure seamless coordination across priorities, deliver flawless execution on complex tasks, and contribute meaningfully to internal and external executive visibility. This position is **remote**, with the expectation that you can **come into our Bauru office as needed**. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Manage and prioritize calendars, inboxes, and communication streams for two C\-level executives, balancing shifting priorities and complex schedules. * Coordinate meeting agendas, prepare structured notes, track follow\-up actions, and maintain clear documentation of decisions and next steps. * Provide analytical and operational partnership by helping executives optimize time, reduce friction, and stay focused on strategic outcomes. * Prepare polished, error\-free presentations, decks, and reports for board meetings, investor updates, internal leadership forums, and external events. * Support aspects of the executives’ LinkedIn presence, including message monitoring, outreach triage, drafting and/or briefing responses. * Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel, accommodations, and restaurants. * Support logistics for conferences, speaking engagements, off\-sites, and complex multi\-day itineraries across the US and Brazil. * Partner closely with operational, technical, and people teams to ensure alignment and continuity across projects and priorities. * Execute special initiatives such as internal communications, company events, marketing content, and ad hoc strategic projects. * Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality across all matters, including those spanning both business and personal domains. * Embrace variable working hours as needed during high\-intensity cycles (fundraising, board prep, product launches, strategic sprints). * Demonstrate resilience, agility, and a growth mindset; adapting quickly as priorities shift and maintaining organized, transparent documentation. **Who You Are** * 2\+ years supporting C\-suite or senior executives, ideally in a fast\-paced or high\-growth environment. * Exceptional English communication skills; written, verbal, and interpersonal. * Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, and social media platforms. * Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy and discretion. * Strong organizational, analytical, and project execution skills; proactive and solutions\-oriented. * Experience creating polished content and coordinating events/meetings (preferred but not required). * Comfortable working with international teams and adapting to shifting needs or flexible hours (preferred but not required). **Benefits \& Perks** * **Monthly healthcare stipend** to support your personal health and wellness needs. * **High\-growth environment** with meaningful opportunities to expand your role, skill set, and career trajectory. * **Strong company culture** with frequent team events, celebrations, and cross\-team gatherings that keep us connected and energized. * **Flexible remote work environment**, with the ability to be in our Bauru office when needed. * **Opportunities to lead special projects** across operations, culture, communications, and events.
