Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Prior experience in administrative or analytical tasks preferred; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Bauru/SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Support the management and measurement of activities performed by operational bases, verifying records and reconciling materials and labor (budgeted vs. actual). * Perform point-to-point measurement of construction and maintenance contract works, as reported as completed or partially completed by operational bases in systems (SGDO / KAFFA / GISD). * Evaluate execution information for emergency works performed (materials used and labor) and create a Work Record Spreadsheet. * Support the management of information regarding executed public lighting points and, when necessary and under supervision, enter pending work orders into the CWSI / OFS system. * Support the management of information on activities performed by live-line teams. * Support the management of information on activities performed by tree-pruning teams. * Manage measurements of work orders for Construction and Maintenance and Emergency Contracts in SAP. * Monitor data presented in management reports. * Periodically consult the Electronic Document Management Portal (GED) for GED updates and become familiar with them. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Gympass; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
