We are looking for a **Production Operator E2G I** to join the **EAB** team in **Barra Bonita**. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Responsible for field operations; * Ensure standardized operation according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Map), consistently pursuing continuous improvement; * Responsible for valve maneuvering in the field, monitoring equipment shutdowns and startups—including pumps, agitators, motors + reducers, etc.; * Conduct inspections of pipelines and equipment to identify leaks and anomalies; * When required, collect and analyze process samples, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Implement equipment lockout/tagout (LOTO) for maintenance activities; * Perform minor repairs during operations, such as valve maintenance, replacement of consumable items in equipment, pipeline welding, and boilerworks, etc.; * Support minor operational maintenance tasks on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations via the shift logbook and to Shift Leadership; * Complete sector-specific checklists, paying attention to the acceptable control range for each item and taking corrective actions when necessary; * Use company management tools to drive excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency; * Conduct sensory analysis of equipment—observing abnormal vibration, temperature, and noise during operation; * Work collaboratively, sharing information and tasks with fellow employees; * Take proactive actions to achieve production targets. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Enrolled in or completed technical education (Sugar & Ethanol, Chemistry, or Paper & Pulp) or related fields; * Advantage: Valid driver’s license (CNH – Category B); * Preferred experience in industry (field operations); * Availability to work 5x1 shifts; **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional steps may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application – completing this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview – an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview: a more technical discussion about day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
