Join the \#teamblue! **Commercial Operator Position \- Bauru (SP):** Do you have a passion for sales, enjoy being out in the field, talking to people, and closing great deals? Your main responsibilities will include: Prospecting, training, and retaining banking correspondents (legal entities) within the company's areas of interest. Your primary objective is to continuously boost financing business between individual customers referred by these correspondents and the company, directly contributing to increased profitability. What are we looking for? * Commercial profile with enthusiasm for sales and goal achievement; * Results-oriented mindset, with determination to meet and exceed monthly targets; * Strong communication and empathy in customer service; * Organizational skills and proactivity. Requirements: * Must reside in Bauru (SP); * Valid driver's license (CNH) is mandatory; * Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines; * Experience in customer service, sales, and prospecting new customers, with a track record of achieving quality targets and results; * Experience managing and maintaining a customer portfolio; * Proficiency in Excel is mandatory; * Communication and negotiation skills; * Willingness to travel. Working Hours: 6 hours per day (Monday to Friday, with a 15-minute break).
