We offer customized services to meet the specific needs of each client. **Responsibilities:** Construction Supervisor focused on field supervision, ensuring that the project and schedule are fulfilled with quality and safety. To work on the finalization of a development project in Jaú/SP. Will be responsible for controlling working hours and monitoring the team, aiming to comply with the construction schedule and specific project requirements. Request purchases or service contracts from the Analyst as needed. Report on-site activities to the Construction Office and Foreman. Read and execute project plans (formwork, reinforcement, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and schedules. Monitor the construction schedule based on the company’s macro workflow and its Work Instructions (WIs). Monitor compliance with occupational safety regulations and site equipment standards. Approve, monitor, and verify all subcontractors to ensure construction services are performed consistently and accurately. Control daily cleanliness at the site and office, checking for waste and inefficiencies. Propose solutions together with the Foreman to address routine construction issues.
