Organized environment and use of technology/social media **BM VAGAS, in partnership with a leading electronics and home appliance maintenance company, is hiring a Customer Service and Operations Assistant in Jaú/SP** **Responsibilities:** \- Process receipts, payments, and system entries \- Issue invoices \- Serve customers via WhatsApp, Facebook, Google, and in-person at the counter \- Perform basic product diagnostics \- Create service orders and monitor service progress \- Negotiate budgets and equipment purchases \- Offer extended warranties and equipment rentals \- Send post-sale messages \- Follow sales scripts \- Maintain an organized and clean workspace **Desired Profile:** \- Communicative and proactive individual \- Organized and committed to the company's culture \- Strong written communication skills for digital customer service \- Sales- and results-oriented \- Comfortable with technology and social media \- Proficient in Word and Excel **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (1-hour break) Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM.
