Job Summary: Responsible for verifying, organizing, inventorying, and delivering materials, as well as maintaining movement reports for control and strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and organization of supplies 2. Conducting periodic inventories and updating records 3. Delivery and control of materials for construction teams Verify that the quantities and specifications of received supplies match the purchase order and invoice. Organize materials on shelves or in designated areas to ensure easy location and prevent damage caused by improper storage. Conduct periodic inventories, updating records and management systems to maintain accurate tracking of available stock and items requiring replenishment. Deliver materials to construction teams as needed, ensuring correct items reach the right location at the appropriate time. Maintain movement, receipt, and dispatch reports for materials—essential for accounting and strategic decision-making.
