The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the machining team's activities, ensuring quality and efficiency of processes, and fulfilling the production plan by optimizing resources and deadlines. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the machining team's activities; * Ensure the quality of machined products; * Optimize machining processes to achieve higher efficiency and productivity; * Monitor team performance and propose continuous improvements. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Machining Supervisor, Production Control Planner (PCP), or in a similar role. * Knowledge of machining processes. * Leadership and team management skills. * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
