Description: Ensure achievement of TOTVS’s established goals through efficient prospecting and mastery in opening new markets in the city and region. Responsibilities and Duties * Prospect and analyze market mapping data originating from Operations and Segment Towers—Agribusiness and/or Manufacturing and/or Services and/or Logistics—to expand TOTVS West Market Share (Hunter); * Develop and execute tactical plans aligned with DRG’s strategic planning and sales results for the segment/region of operation; * Prepare and submit proposals in CRM, negotiating and closing contracts with clients/prospects; * Manage the sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying business opportunities to ensure achievement of TOTVS-established targets; * Monitor and maintain up-to-date all data regarding customer (companies/opportunities) journey in CRM, including: commercial visit records, activity follow-ups, and relevant events; * Anticipate and diagnose prospects’ needs by understanding market/segment requirements and trends; * Facilitate resolution of prospects’ requests by coordinating with responsible internal professionals or departments; * Handle leads generated by the Business and Prospecting team throughout the full sales cycle; * Record in CRM and communicate to the Commercial Strategy/Operations and Segments teams relevant market information; * Monitor the delivery cycle of products and services sold by TOTVS, supporting resolution of any issues that may arise; * Report pipeline and forecast in CRM using the TOTVS Sells methodology, ensuring visibility of business potential; * Inform prospects and ensure their participation in events/training sessions; * Stay updated on industry trends within the area of operation, seeking new technology-driven business models through benchmarks, sector-specific talks, courses, and other resources; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in the field of operation; postgraduate studies, specialization, or MBA preferred; * Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); * Advanced Google Workspace suite; * BI tools; * CRM experience preferred; * Driver’s license; * Willingness to travel; 2512240202491207998
