Responsibilities: * Conduct detailed analyses using intermediate or advanced Excel, identifying issues and proposing effective solutions. * Work with systems such as PROMAX or similar, SAP, electronic inventory systems, and WMS (Warehouse Management System). * Perform accounting routines related to reconciling revolving assets (credit and debit entries for “pushed” items) and counting returns. * Manage exchange and replenishment processes, ensuring operational efficiency. * Monitor losses arising from internal movements, ensuring all data is accurate. * Reconcile freight vouchers with carriers, maintaining strict control over these records. * Ensure warehouse sanitation in coordination with operators and manage open maps.
