Together, we work daily to plant a better future for the planet and people — creating sustainable products through eucalyptus cultivation, which we plant and harvest ourselves. **\#VemSerSuzano.** **Responsibilities and Assignments** **DATA:** GS O Location: Jaú Applications until: 07/28/2026 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Perform basic preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance services on machines and equipment, in accordance with operational procedures, safety standards, and socio-environmental requirements. * Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) and DDM (Daily Maintenance Dialogues), contributing to the dissemination of good operational and safety practices. * Conduct shift handovers, communicating to the team the status of machines, equipment, and ongoing activities. * Accurately complete maintenance documentation, such as Work Orders (WO), maintenance plans, inspections, and identification labels. * Analyze recurring failures and breakdowns, participating in investigation teams and applying root cause analysis methodologies to reduce recurrence. * Guide and train operators on correct equipment usage and execution of minor operational repairs. * Perform welding and mechanical turning services, when duly authorized, trained, and qualified for the activity. * Operate and move the workshop truck, convoy truck, and other support vehicles, adhering to defensive driving practices and traffic and safety regulations. * Carry out fuel and lubricant supply, control, and distribution for machines and equipment at work fronts, recording consumption and reporting any anomalies. * Perform greasing and oiling activities on forestry equipment, per established maintenance plans. * Provide recovered parts and components (recons) in perfect condition regarding cleanliness, organization, and preservation for transport and use. * Safeguard resources, tools, equipment, and materials provided for task execution. * Serve as a role model for safe behavior, promoting compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures, encouraging proper PPE usage, active care, accident prevention, and exercising the right to refuse in cases of imminent and serious risk. * Report incidents, deviations, and hazardous conditions, contributing to implementation and follow-up of necessary corrective and preventive actions. * Know, practice, and fully comply with Suzano’s Health, Occupational Safety, and Environment policies, standards, and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Experience with heavy-duty diesel engines. * Driver’s license Category C or higher. * Completed high school education. * **Reside in or be willing to relocate to Jaú** **Additional Information** **WE HAVE MUCH MORE THAN JUST A ROLE IN YOUR LIFE!** Healthcare benefits: Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance plans; Meal voucher or cafeteria; Grocery allowance (VA); and an additional VA at year-end; We understand fixed income is important, but beyond that, we offer extra income through our Annual Variable Compensation Program; For your future planning, we provide private pension; We practice home office in corporate areas, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code; To generate and share value, we offer E-learning courses and training via our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, something is only good for us if it is good for the world!
