We are seeking a **Senior Predictive Maintenance Technician E2G** to join the **EAB team** in **Barra Bonita, SP.** **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections—including liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic, and thickness measurement—assessing equipment parts and components according to the schedule defined by maintenance engineering; * Strictly follow scheduled instrumented NDT inspection routes; * Conduct analysis and diagnosis of potential failures based on collected data, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions, as well as creating maintenance work orders in SAP/PM; * Prepare inspection reports for all performed modalities, issuing final evaluation reports for assessed equipment; * Support asset integrity management in accordance with NR-13 regulatory requirements, when requested; * Execute tasks with quality and within established deadlines, contributing to plant reliability and maintenance goals; * Record daily inspection route activities and create maintenance work orders; * Contribute to Asset Management, ensuring high industrial plant availability; * Demonstrate alignment with SSMA practices (including reporting in the Alert System), along with discipline, collaboration, and teamwork. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Completed technical education in a relevant field; * Experience with SAP/PM; * Knowledge of boiler-making processes and ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of welding processes (MIG, MAG, TIG, shielded metal arc, plasma); * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Residence in one of the following cities: Barra Bonita, SP; Igaraçu do Tietê, SP; Mineiros do Tietê, SP; Dois Córregos, SP; Jaú, SP; São Manuel, SP; Lencóis Paulista, SP; or Macatuba, SP. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process comprises three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion to further explain day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
