Ensure timely delivery and supply of raw materials within established deadlines and targets, aiming to achieve required profitability, financial health, and sustainability of the unit, thereby contributing to the company's overall business results. * Manage administrative and operational activities specific to the business (loading and transportation of sugarcane). * Manage company assets (resources, facilities, and vehicles). * Ensure operational and financial performance of the operation, meeting targets and managing expenses. * Deploy targets and expected results for the unit, aligning with strategic planning. * Manage, update, and train teams according to corporate standards for respective functional areas. * Ensure team motivation and capability development, promoting dialogue and collaborative actions with leadership and HR. * Continuously assess unit needs, proposing alternatives and improvements. * Monitor technological innovations in the logistics and transportation operations segment. * Develop and ensure corporate organizational standards. * Ensure proper administration of revenues, costs, and budgetary targets. * Ensure updates to management tools, operational and administrative KPIs. * Ensure compliance with legislation and working conditions for teams. * Manage the talent lifecycle within the unit, providing feedback and ensuring engagement. * Manage and resolve labor liabilities, aiming to mitigate risks. * Maintain a positive corporate image in the market and local community, upholding ethical and socio-environmental principles. * Preserve relationships with clients and their interfaces. * Ensure compliance with company and client norms and procedures. * Participate in daily and weekly meetings for KPI analysis and action plan definition. 2510240202201829276
