Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Occupational Safety Technician to work in SSMA, focusing on monitoring field activities, developing plans to protect employees' health and physical integrity, conducting inspections, and identifying risks to implement preventive actions. We also operate—under license from the Shell brand—in fuel, lubricants, and other specialty products distribution across Brazil, as well as refining operations in Argentina and fuel derivatives and lubricants distribution in Argentina and Paraguay. **Do you identify with this?** We are looking for a **Junior Occupational Safety Technician** to join the **SSMA** team in **Barra Bonita\-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Monitor field activities across industrial facilities; * Develop OSH plans to protect employees' health and physical integrity; * Conduct inspections; * Identify hazards and develop educational preventive actions; * Monitor activities and inspect work fronts; * Prepare relevant documentation; * Perform department-related tasks and provide administrative support; * Knowledge of Emergency Drills; * Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Hold a Technical Certification in Occupational Safety; * Experience as a Safety Technician (preferably in industrial settings); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate/Advanced level); * Availability to work rotating shifts; **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an informal conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
