The professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of building facilities for our clients, performing preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on quality and safety.**Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (electrical, plumbing, civil, and light masonry). * Carry out repairs on electrical components such as lamp replacement, outlets, and switches. * Work on potable water, sanitary sewage, and drainage networks. * Identify infrastructure improvement and repair needs. * Complete service orders and technical reports. * Comply with safety regulations (PPEs, technical standards). **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Proven experience in building maintenance. * Solid knowledge in electrical and plumbing systems. * NR-35 certification (work at heights) is desirable. * Strong sense of responsibility and organization. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of refrigeration. * Basic computer skills. **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal allowance of R$ 1000.00 * Life insurance.
