Build this story with us.** Lote Paranapanema is one of the largest ongoing highway infrastructure projects in the State of São Paulo and forms part of the 1,800 km of highways qualified under the State of São Paulo’s Investment Partnerships Program (PPI-SP). We are transforming 285 km of highways with investments totaling BRL 5.8 billion, bringing greater safety, traffic flow, and regional development. With lane duplications, new footbridges, service roads, lighting, and monitoring technology, this project marks a new chapter for Rodovia Raposo Tavares. And none of this happens without people. Apply to our new openings and share! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for coordinating activities related to the Engineering Directorate’s projects, directly consolidating and monitoring KPIs. This role ensures strict alignment between disbursement flows and the physical-financial schedule, continuously tracking CAPEX and OPEX, while keeping the schedule updated to report any deviations from contractual or regulatory obligations to the Planning and Control Management. Acts as the central point for technical validation of measurements prepared by the Construction team, ensuring proper interface and document routing to the Controller’s Office for billing and accounting entries. Must supervise contractual management between subcontractors and the concessionaire, ensuring rigorous correspondence workflows, notifications, and documentation organization to uphold legal and technical security for all projects under responsibility. Plays a strategic support role to the Planning and Control Management in decision-making through executive reporting and scenario analysis. Additionally, assists in implementing and maintaining performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring standardization, data accuracy, and planning process efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in highway infrastructure projects (preferred); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management is a plus; * PMI certification or MBA. **Additional Information** Work location: On-site in Bauru / São Paulo **Benefits**: Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; Meal voucher and/or food allowance; Profit-sharing program (PLR); Childcare allowance for mothers (internal benefits subject to specific dates and policies); Christmas basket Which paths do you still want to transform, and which opportunities do you still wish to pursue?
