Come be Strong—come be Fortbras! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform wheel alignment on vehicles, ensuring correct vehicle geometry. * Conduct inspection and adjustment of caster, camber, and toe-in, guaranteeing safety and steering performance. * Carry out wheel balancing to maximize tire longevity and driving comfort. * Inspect and regulate tire pressure according to technical specifications. * Diagnose faults in suspension and steering systems, identifying root causes and proposing appropriate solutions. * Perform repairs and replacement of suspension and steering components, ensuring optimal system functionality. * Correctly use alignment and balancing equipment and tools, maintaining and preserving them properly. * Comply with company-established quality, safety, and deadline standards. * Provide technical customer service, advising on tire, suspension, and steering conditions when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in wheel alignment, balancing, and suspension/steering services. * Knowledge of vehicle geometry (caster, camber, toe-in). * Basic understanding of automotive mechanics (suspension and steering systems). * Proficiency in using specialized alignment and balancing equipment. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Technical training in Automotive Mechanics or related courses (e.g., SENAI) is desirable. * Driver’s license category B (for vehicle operation).
