Ready to come with us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** Someone who works well in a team, with good communication, flexibility, proactivity, agility, organization, commitment, analytical skills, and logical reasoning. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Responsible for providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as recording incidents to analyze and manage service tickets, escalating them to resolution groups if necessary; * Handle requests related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, and Office Suite, including technical demands and those related to services, security, and products; * Investigate, diagnose, and test solutions before contacting the requester; * Interact with clients at all hierarchical levels; * Provide end-user support, assisting and resolving their questions related to support/infrastructure/systems; * Guide users regarding current processes, standards, and procedures. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and qualifications:** * Higher education (completed or in progress) in Information Technology fields; * Good written and spoken communication skills; * Resilient, dynamic, proactive, and able to work under pressure; * Good teamwork skills; * Availability to work overtime; * Basic knowledge of IT Governance (ITIL/Cobit); * Knowledge of ITSM ticketing tools; * Intermediate English (reading and writing). **Technical knowledge in:** * Knowledge in Office 365 \- Account creation, password resets, permission groups; * Administration of other tools and resources such as: ADFS, AD, AD Connect, DNS, Windows, Firewall, Outlook, Skype For Business; * Access management and knowledge in AD (Essential); * Knowledge in Windows 10/11; * Formatting of computer and mobile devices; * Create, update, and document procedures and best practices, always aiming for continuous improvement; * Experience in operations with support center practices governed by metrics/indicators such as: SLA, SLO, FCR, TMA, TME, Abandonment rate, satisfaction. **Differentiating factors:** * ITIL certification; * Knowledge of ITSM tools, especially JIRA. **Working hours** * From 08:12 AM to 05:45 PM (01h33m break). * Work model: 100% in-person. * Work location: Barra Bonita\-SP. **NOTE:** Hey!
