Customer relationship management and on-site technical support. **Position: Technical Supervisor – Bauru/SP** **Industry:** Forklifts and material handling equipment **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – from **7:45 AM to 6:00 PM**, with **lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM**. **Work Model:** On-site **Remuneration:** R$ 3,600.00 – R$ 5,000.00 **Benefits:** * Group life insurance * Pharmacy benefit plan * Food basket * Transportation allowance * Performance-based bonus * Cost-of-living allowance * Study grant * Birthday day off ### **Requirements** * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics (forklift knowledge is preferred); * Strong **decision-making skills**; * Completed high school (a college degree in Administration, Mechanical Technology, or Electromechanical Technology is preferred); * Excellent **communication** and **team leadership skills**; * Ability to **analyze performance indicators and results**; * Basic knowledge of **computer applications, Excel, and management systems**; * Proficiency in **interpreting technical manuals** and **preparing quotations**. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise technical team activities, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards; * Monitor corrective and preventive maintenance of forklifts and material handling equipment; * Provide technical support to mechanics, guiding them on diagnostics, repairs, and appropriate procedures; * Prepare technical and performance reports, tracking team productivity and key indicators; * Ensure proper implementation of safety, environmental, and PPE regulations; * Analyze technical manuals and documentation to standardize processes and optimize service response time; * Prepare and approve **technical quotations**, ensuring accuracy in cost and material estimates; * Conduct regular meetings with the technical team for alignment and continuous process improvement; * Maintain customer relationships by providing technical support and ensuring service satisfaction.
