You are responsible for executing both long-term and short-term building maintenance, as well as facility services. **Job Summary:** As a Real Estate Engineer, you plan, execute, lead, and monitor the Long-Term Maintenance (LTM) of buildings. You coordinate renovation and new construction projects related to the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of industrial and/or non-industrial properties. You also control and monitor performance accountability; i.e., you provide expertise and ensure business continuity, safety, quality, sustainability, cost control, efficiency, and property value over time \- without compromising the needs of the Volvo Group. **Who Are You?** ---------------- Do you have big dreams? In this position, your responsibilities will include: **Key Responsibilities:** * Responsible for all building maintenance and building equipment at the Pederneiras site; * Participate in supplier and contractor selection and negotiations in close collaboration with Volvo’s Procurement organization. Responsible for purchase orders and invoices related to Real Estate, covering daily operations and specific projects; * Ensure an excellent on-site work experience, with a focus on Health and Safety; **Education / Professional Qualifications Required for the Role:** * Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management or related fields preferred; **Requirements:** * Advanced English; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Intermediate proficiency in Power BI; * Knowledge of service contracts; * Knowledge of CCTV systems; * Knowledge of energy management and sustainability projects in buildings; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities, maintenance, and third-party management; * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication across various stakeholder levels. **What We Offer You:** ------------------------ We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package! **Ready for the Next Step?** ----------------------------------- Are you excited to bring your skills and ideas?
