Generation of information for strategic decision-making **Support production routine management, ensuring organization, process monitoring, structured follow-up with support areas (especially procurement), and generation of reliable information for strategic decision-making by senior management.** Responsibilities: * Monitor daily production activities, ensuring information is organized and up-to-date; * Support tracking of ongoing activities, bottlenecks, and daily priorities; * Conduct structured follow-up with the procurement area regarding: Raw material availability, replenishment lead time, and alignment between planning and inventory; * Understand the end-to-end production process, identifying: What works well, where bottlenecks occur, what causes rework, delays, or waste; * Support senior management in developing production solutions by providing: Simple and objective diagnostics, practical improvement suggestions, and organized information for faster decision-making. * Requirements: * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (with an operational/process focus); * Interest in production processes and continuous improvement; * Proficiency in spreadsheets, controls, and data organization.
