Job Summary: This Senior Procurement Manager will be responsible for defining procurement strategies, managing categories, leading teams, and optimizing processes for both retail stores and manufacturing. Leadership and team development **SENIOR PROCUREMENT MANAGER (RETAIL STORES / MANUFACTURING)** **JAÚ – SP** **Responsibilities:** Define and execute category-based procurement strategies aligned with business goals for margin, product mix, and positioning; Establish and maintain procurement governance, including policies, approval authorities, deadlines, routines, and standards; Ensure supply predictability and accuracy across units, focusing on results, availability, and standardization; Conduct strategic supplier negotiations to achieve gains in pricing, lead times, bonuses, allowances, commercial agreements, and logistics terms; Develop new suppliers and alternatives to enhance competitiveness; Manage contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance and control; Manage categories based on key performance indicators such as margin, markup, inventory turnover, stockouts, coverage, sell-out, and mix performance; Define assortment policies (store/region-level mix) aligned with group strategies; Support promotional strategies in collaboration with internal departments, ensuring profitability and planning; Interface with operations/stores and internal departments (Finance, Tax, Logistics, Controlling) to ensure budget adherence, data consistency, and process efficiency; Lead and develop the procurement team by setting goals, KPIs, monitoring routines, and continuous improvement plans; Support, medium-term, the integration between Retail Stores Procurement and Manufacturing Procurement to foster synergy between operations and supply chain. **Requirements:** Proven solid experience as a Senior Buyer, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Manager; Experience in retail, wholesale-retail, distribution, or food industry (preferred); Experience in category management and strategic negotiation; Experience managing multiple units with data-driven decision-making; Strong organizational skills, routine management capabilities, time management, and prioritization; Leadership profile with process structuring ability. **Offer:** PJ (Individual Contractor) or CLT (Consolidated Labor Law) employment model.
