Manage daily visits, sales, and regional sales targets in coordination with the regional and general managers; Check system pending tasks from the previous day; Review daily schedules, reconciling with those from the previous day; Contact retailers by phone, message, or WhatsApp; Conduct in-person visits according to a weekly pre-defined route; Check partner store indicators before visits (sales volume, delinquency rate, average ticket, improvement opportunities, average plan, average fee), together with leaders; Apply stickers and deliver other marketing materials at the partner store; Carry out marketing actions together with the partner retailer to strengthen brand presence, with management approval; Collect routine or campaign technical materials upon completion of use; Identify during partner visits opportunities for sales improvement and sales potential enhancement; During in-person visits, speak with employees and owners to understand product presence in the store. **Requirements:** Profile: * Experience in outside sales * Experience in customer portfolio acquisition and management * Completed or ongoing higher education in Sales Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle Salary: R$4,000.00 \+ commission \+ fuel and vehicle maintenance allowance Schedule: Monday to Saturday, according to local business hours.
