To implement this purpose, the following are required: * Must be at least 18 years old; * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize logistics operations; * Prior experience in this role; * Experience in people management and process management; * Experience in analyzing and monitoring logistics performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service and contract negotiation; * Your talent matters most!
