This role oversees logistics operations involving trucks, trailers, and other heavy-duty vehicles." To implement this purpose, the following are required: * Be at least 18 years old; * Reside in Bauru or Agudos; * Proven experience in team leadership; * Completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Administration; * Diesel mechanics and maintenance management knowledge preferred; * Familiarity with fleet management software (route planning, routing, reverse logistics, tracker control systems, and control tower monitoring systems) and Microsoft Office suite; * Organizational skills and strategic thinking to optimize routes, ensuring fleet safety and efficiency, complement the ideal candidate profile; * Your talent matters most!
