Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety regulations Operate industrial machines on the beverage production line, ensuring proper equipment operation, final product quality, and compliance with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate production line machines, including depalletizer, washer, labeler, filler, case packer, palletizer, and wrapper; * Adjust machine parameters and settings to maintain production standards and performance; * Monitor equipment operation and identify failures or deviations in the production process; * Conduct quality inspections (fill level, labeling, packaging integrity, and product standard); * Complete production records, quality control logs, and process documentation; * Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food and industrial safety regulations; * Perform basic equipment and production area cleaning and sanitation; * Work using personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain a clean, organized work environment; * Support format changeovers, setups, and minor operational corrections; * Report incidents, deviations, and maintenance requirements to the team leader or supervisor.
