**Production Assistant** **Job Description:** We are seeking a Production Assistant to support operational activities on our production line, ensuring smooth process execution, workplace organization, and achievement of established targets. **Responsibilities** * Assist in production process activities * Support machine and equipment operation when necessary and under supervision * Supply production line with materials * Sort, inspect, and move materials and products * Maintain sector organization and cleanliness (5S) * Comply with safety, quality, and internal procedures * Support the team in achieving production targets * Perform other operational tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education (preferred) * Availability to work rotating shifts * Ability to work effectively in a team * Commitment and sense of responsibility **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in industrial production * Experience in a manufacturing environment Salary: R$1\.818,00 \- R$2\.599,56 per month Benefits: * Dental care plan * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
