Job Summary: The Engineering and Planning Assistant will be responsible for updating schedules, managing service orders, and supporting the preparation of contractual reports. Key Highlights: 1. Do you identify with this? \#vempracartsp **Responsibilities and Duties** * Updating and monitoring schedules, including deviation analysis. * Filling out Task Sheets (weekly planning) for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Managing service orders and scheduled activities. * Performing administrative routines. * Supporting the preparation of contractual reports. * Supporting improvement plans and indicator monitoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Must reside in Assis, SP; * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Engineering (Production, Civil, Electrical, or related fields), or compatible areas (IT, ADS, etc.); * Availability to work flexible hours; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite is desirable; * Knowledge of data analysis and Power BI is a plus. **Additional Information** .
