Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically engage in forest planning, control and optimization of forestry operations, ensuring balance among productivity, cost, safety, sustainability and quality through technical analysis, KPI management and decision-making support. Centralize silviculture and harvesting demands related to operational reporting; Physical-financial control of forestry operations; Management of performance indicators (productivity, cost, efficiency, among others); Technical support to operational areas and leadership; Monitoring of systemic issues and new developments to better serve the forestry business; Development of reports, KPIs and systemic tools to enhance operational effectiveness; Responsible for conducting activities integrated into operational, tactical and strategic planning; Collaborate in achieving project and program targets, plan and manage projects, analyze budgets and resource allocation; Continuously evaluate projects to ensure compliance with company standards, budgets and deadlines; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Forestry Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields.
