Operations Assistant (Quality)

Job Summary: The Quality Assistant plans and conducts inspections during and after the execution of production processes on construction sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and conduct quality inspections on construction sites. 2. Evaluate the quality and completion of construction services. 3. Monitor the correction of requirements failed during inspections. As a Quality Assistant, your primary challenge will be to plan and conduct inspections during and after the execution of construction production processes, contributing to the quality of completed/released services in order to ensure proper compliance with quality standards, project specifications, work instructions, and other applicable requirements. Responsibilities and Duties: * Evaluate the quality and completion of construction services performed, based on the requirements checklist specified in the Service Verification Forms (FVS); * Assess adherence to process standards (IT – work instructions, material specifications, etc.) during construction service execution; * Assess compliance with project-specified requirements for each construction service (dimensions, layout, materials, etc.); * Monitor the correction of requirements failed during quality inspections, ensuring task quality and preserving service completion and execution schedule; * Monitor correct implementation of special product and process treatments indicated by technical support areas (Projects, R&D); * Report inspection progress on site schedule boards and performance dashboards, highlighting any issues, constraints, impacts, and solutions. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; Technical qualification in Building Construction is a plus. * Metrology training; * Ability to read and interpret architectural construction drawings. * Experience with standard procedures and/or service inspections. * Willingness to travel; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Must reside in Tupã, Bauru, or Taubaté.
