




Description: WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields * MBA or postgraduate degree is desirable * Solid knowledge in negotiations, Office suite, SAP, Ariba WHAT CONNECTS US! * Problem-solving profiles * Valuing teamwork * Those who share knowledge * Those who believe sustainability can help the world * Capacity for digital transformation and innovation * Consolidate purchases by analyzing the need for acquiring products in the short, medium, and long term. * Guide and carry out the planning and structuring of methods for contracting outsourced services, paying attention to deadlines, quality, and payment terms. * Maintain alignment with Legal and Financial departments for contract preparation. * Develop new purchasing strategies by evaluating and analyzing the market, as well as proposing better conditions. * Conduct preliminary studies and analyses to be prepared for negotiations with suppliers, service providers, and clients. * Organize and monitor the definition of indicators for timeliness, cost, and quality performance, aiming to meet demands within predetermined deadlines. * Maintain control over contract management, monitoring their progress from beginning to end. * Meet internal customer needs, aligned with expected quality and deadline standards, as well as prepare supply controls. * Monitor the budget planning predefined by ANEEL, in order to fulfill established requirements. * Lead and/or perform supplier screening, including proposal analysis, negotiations, contract closing, and provide guidance to junior analysts within the same area. * Carry out renegotiations and drafting of contractual amendments when identified as necessary by ISA ENERGIA or by the client/supplier. * Contribute to the development of facilities and processes by identifying technical deficiencies and proposing improvements. * Comply with regulations, policies, instructions, and internal and external regulations; participate in and receive guidance on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and compliance topics; follow health, hygiene, and occupational safety rules; adhere to quality management and environmental preservation systems; and use PPE/collective protection equipment (Personal/Collective Protective Equipment) whenever required by the activity. * Operate vehicles when necessary, provided duly licensed and authorized, as a necessary and mandatory condition for performing duties related to the position, as well as perform other inherent job activities or those assigned by the immediate supervisor, provided the individual is qualified and such activities align with their knowledge and experience. 2510250202201711363
