We are seeking a professional to perform operational and administrative activities related to the operation, supervision, and remote control of power generation and lock facilities, complying with standards, routines, and procedures established by the company, the National Electric System Operator (ONS), and the Waterway Department, aiming to ensure maximum operational efficiency and asset safety. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Know all operational, safety, environmental, and asset management procedures through regular reading and training on all relevant procedures, in order to comply with and enforce the company’s regulatory requirements. * Perform remote lockage maneuvers for vessels using the Supervisory and Control System, CCTV, and following current operational and safety procedures, aiming to maintain hydroviary traffic in compliance with the concession notice. * Operate electric power generation facilities through remote maneuvers on main and auxiliary equipment of the power system, using the Supervisory and Control System, CCTV, and following current operational and safety procedures, aiming to meet equipment release requests for interventions and maintain efficient operational performance of electric power generation assets. * Control the electric power generation output of the facility through unit startup and shutdown, as well as active and reactive power adjustments in generating units, using the Supervisory and Control System and current operating manuals, aiming to meet the daily validated generation schedule and other systemic demands requested by the ONS. * Perform hydraulic control of reservoirs through opening or closing maneuvers of spillway gates, using the Supervisory and Control System, CCTV, and current operating manuals, aiming to ensure facility and riverside community safety. * Perform fluent and coordinated restoration of power generation assets in case of disturbances, following current restoration procedures and using the Supervisory and Control System via maneuvers on main and auxiliary equipment, aiming to fully restore facilities in the shortest possible time to meet system needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Brazilian National Driver’s License * Completed Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Mechatronics; * Proven experience in the operational area (including SIN \- National Interconnected System) * Knowledge and application of skills related to SSC \- Supervisory and Control System * Ability to maintain attention in mixed environments (Control Room with multiple audible signals) **Expected Behaviors:** * Highly analytical reasoning and systemic vision. * Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and areas, influencing decisions. * Organization, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Proactivity and adaptability. **Additional Information** At Auren Energia, we believe the future lies in innovative ideas, sustainable actions, and a more positive world; and what truly makes the difference in creating our synergy is who we go with!
