Work Model: On-site Company: CPFL Serviços – A company of CPFL Energia Group. **Prerequisites:** * High school diploma required; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Prior experience in administrative or analytical activities preferred; * Availability for 100% on-site work in Bauru/SP **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Analyze electrical construction and maintenance network projects; define execution strategies; plan the distribution of works among operational teams; assess requirements for electrical network isolation or energized operation; schedule field teams; and perform other related and inherent duties; Define construction execution strategies based on project analysis, operational conditions, and established targets, aiming to optimize resources, timelines, and safety. * * Plan the distribution of construction works among operational teams, considering the most appropriate technique per location and activity to ensure efficiency and quality in execution; * Schedule field teams using corporate systems, aligning deadlines, priorities, and resource availability to ensure achievement of operational targets. Request and control documentation required for construction execution, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements.
