Job Summary: A professional responsible for various meat department activities, including receiving goods, organizing and handling food, serving customers, and maintaining hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. No prior experience required **Responsibilities** * Receiving goods, organizing sector inventory in cold storage rooms, handling food, preparing marinated items and self-service trays, restocking shelves, monitoring product expiration dates, verifying pricing, cleaning and organizing the department, and customer service/sales * Assembling meat counters and frozen food islands with various cuts of meat according to pre-established quality standards to facilitate sales. * Providing direct customer service at the meat counter, including cutting, grinding, and weighing meat to serve customers effectively. * Assisting in separating products from the department and placing them into appropriate containers—such as ground meat, chicken cuts, sliced steaks, ribs, and roasted meats—then weighing, pricing, and displaying them for sale. * Updating prices on the meat counter price list as instructed. * Keeping meat pieces inside cold storage rooms organized to create space for newly arriving stock. * Maintaining order and hygiene in the workplace—including cleaning counters, cold storage rooms, etc.—to prevent accidents and proliferation of insects, bacteria, etc., ensuring compliance with required quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off, with fixed weekly day off; * Availability to work from 13:40 to 22:00; * No prior experience required; **What We Offer:** * On-site meal (free); * Transportation allowance; * 20% discount on fruits and vegetables purchased at Oba Supermarkets; * Exclusive offers for employees; * Free telemedicine and telepsychology services; * Payroll-deductible loans; * New Value Benefits Club; * Optional medical assistance (co-payment); * Optional dental assistance; * SESC agreement (access to gym, various sports, and holiday camps); * Discounts at partner educational institutions; * Pharmacy agreements: Droga Raia and Drogasil.
