. **Responsibilities and Assignments** * Lead the technical team, guiding best practices in development, architecture, and code quality; * Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with established standards and quality requirements; * Propose technical solutions aligned with the client’s defined architecture and business needs; * Integrate applications with microservices and internal/external APIs, ensuring efficient and secure communication; * Support the team in backend development using Java, serving as a technical reference; * Support the team in frontend solution development, contributing to technical definition and integration with the backend; * Lead the technical refinement of requirements, assessing feasibility, risks, and impacts of proposed solutions; * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives), collaborating to align the team. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience developing backend applications with Java EE 6+ and system integration; * Proven experience in technical leadership and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum); * Knowledge of software architecture, including SOA, microservices, and distributed architectures; * Experience developing and consuming REST and SOAP APIs, with a focus on service-oriented applications; * Proficiency in asynchronous processing and messaging services (Broker/MQ, WebSphere MQ, ActiveMQ); * Experience with relational databases and SQL, including SQL Server and PostgreSQL; * Experience with highly complex applications involving intensive data usage, scalability, and load balancing; * Knowledge of web/frontend development using JSF (PrimeFaces) and/or React, with decoupled architectures (BFF); * Experience with build automation and code versioning using Gradle/Maven and GitHub; * Experience with automated testing, including unit tests and ATDD with Cucumber; * Knowledge of application performance analysis and optimization; * Familiarity with infrastructure and API exposure, including AWS API Gateway; * CSD — Certified Scrum Developer certification.
