This professional will serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting architectural decisions, promoting best practices, and ensuring delivery quality in partnership with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Technically lead front\-end and back\-end development teams. * Develop and evolve applications using **React and .NET Core**. * Define and validate scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. * Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and standardization. * Guide developers in adopting best practices and design patterns. * Support technical solution definition in collaboration with Product and Business teams. * Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines. * Promote continuous improvement in processes and architecture. * Monitor production applications and respond to incidents. * Ensure up-to-date technical documentation. **Responsibilities** * Develop end-to-end solutions (front\-end, back\-end, APIs, and integrations). * Ensure clean, testable, and sustainable code (SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture). * Support definition of development standards and versioning practices. * Contribute to technical estimation and delivery planning. * Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure quality and stability. * Provide technical mentoring and team follow-up. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Front\-end** * Advanced experience with **React.js**. * Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. * State management (Redux, Zustand, Context API). * Development of reusable components and Design Systems. * Testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress). * Integration with REST and GraphQL APIs. * Best practices for performance and accessibility. **Back\-end** * Solid experience with **.NET Core / ASP.NET Core**. * Development of REST APIs. * Microservices architecture. * Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth2\). * Unit and integration testing (xUnit, NUnit, Moq). * Messaging systems knowledge (RabbitMQ, Kafka – preferred). **Databases** * Experience with: + SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL + Basic understanding of NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis – preferred) * Query modeling and optimization. **Cloud, DevOps and Infrastructure** * Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP. * Docker and Kubernetes. * CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Jenkins). * Monitoring (Application Insights, Grafana, DataDog, NewRelic). **Methodologies and Soft Skills** * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Technical leadership and influence capability. * Clear and collaborative communication. * Systemic vision and results orientation. * Organization and accountability for deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience as Tech Lead or Architect. * Experience in large-scale projects. * Microsoft, Cloud or Agile certifications. * Experience with Clean Architecture and DDD. * Experience in regulated or mission-critical environments. **MJV Benefits:** TotalPass\\Wellhub; ‍‍‍‍ Group life insurance; Meal/Voucher allowance; Health and dental plan \- Bradesco; Training initiatives: lectures, forums, knowledge exchanges and conversations related to our business.
