In addition to distributing and selling multi-brand nutritional products to B2B and B2C customers through physical stores and online platforms, we also offer Linhahum — our own brand of products that nourishes our customers with QUALITY for BODY, MIND, and SOUL. **Job Responsibilities:** * Record expense invoices in the system. * Update product costs, ensuring accuracy of information. * Collaborate with suppliers to correct non-compliant invoices and resolve documentation issues. * Monitor purchase order progress in the ERP system, ensuring traceability and data integrity. * Verify prices, quantities, and negotiated terms, flagging discrepancies and requesting adjustments. * Track order invoicing and delivery deadlines, implementing preventive measures to minimize delay risks. * Monitor inventory turnover across branches, assessing needs and arranging replenishments. * Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, balancing availability and cost. * Support procurement planning based on consumption history and demand forecasts. * Update and maintain product, supplier, and commercial information records in the system. * Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure supply flows align with operational requirements. * Prepare monitoring reports and performance indicators to contribute to process improvements. **Requirements and Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or currently pursuing it is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. * Prior experience in this role is an advantage. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across departments. * Proactivity and initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement. * Appreciation for interpersonal relationships. **Attention to Our Benefits:** Flexible Card worth R$ 592.00, enabled for Food, Meals, Mobility, Health, Education, and Culture.
